Hyperion vs TM1 Planning

Can anyone tell me what are the benefits of using Hyperion Planning (V 11.1.2.1) over TM1 ?
The client needs to finalize one of these and I am looking for all the pros which supports Hyperion Planning over TM1.
However I would also like to know the cons as well of using Hyperion Planning over TM1
