Hyperion Smart View Refresh gives Error

Hi

I have installed Smart View version 11.1.2 in my Client's computer having 64 bit Operating System.

Whenever he opens the excel file and click first refresh all the cells having HsGetValue formula shows "Error"

It gives the same Error in every cell even after disconnecting and connecting again.

Please help.
