Hyperion S9 Shared Services service stops automaticaly

Hi,

I have installed and configured Hyperion Shared Services 9.3.1 alone on one server. When I restart the services , The service Hyperion S9 OpenLDAP works perfectly, whereas Hyperion S9 Shared Services does not. Once I do a refresh the status is again stopped. And I have to reset IIS and start and stop the services several times before it become stable. Any idea what could be the problem?
