Hyperion Planning weekly distribution setting(4-4-5) query

Hi,

Could any one please give an example how the 4-4-5 weekly distribution will work in the form?

I did some google but did not find much details

For example, let us say I have Jan  to Dec as level0 period members and I input 1200 at year total

I need to test this out by creating a new application with the setting, but curios to know...
