Hyperion Planning Service Starting and Stopping after a minute

We are on V 11.1.2.2.500, Hyperion planning service on our planning server starting fine but stopping after a minute.

We had two planning servers but a couple of days back our infrastructure team took over and shut down one planning server which has other products as well. I believe that is causing the planning service issue on the existing server

Any advice on how to fix this issue.
