Hyperion Planning metadata tables

Hello Everyone,

This is my first project in Hyperion planning.

Requirements is to find the status of the "form's" submitted through planning application by a user's.

I did some analysis and found that we have HYP_PLANAPP3.HSP_AUDIT_RECORDS and HYP_PLANAPP3.HSP_JOB_STATUS tables which stored the information about the form's and user's.

Questions:
1. HYP_PLANAPP3.HSP_AUDIT_RECORDS and HYP_PLANAPP3.HSP_JOB_STATUS tables- Am referring to the correct tables.
2. What are the correct columns which can be used.
3. HYP_PLANAPP3.HSP_JOB_STATUS table and columns RUN_STATUS and JOB_TYPE can these columns be used.
4. What is the join condition for HYP_PLANAPP3.HSP_AUDIT_RECORDS and HYP_PLANAPP3.HSP_JOB_STATUS tables
