Hyperion Planning Menu Options Stopped Working

When I open the planning application in my workspace, the menu options Tools -> Job Console and Administration -> Manage -> Security Filters have stopped working. This has happened in my dev and prod environments. I am not getting an error message. I click on them and nothing at all happens. The items are not grayed out, so it appears they are available to select. I did not find anything helpful in any of my log files either.

These options did work. I know that the security filters option worked on October 20th. I haven't tested the Job Console option since our last active planning cycle, probably late September.

We are running 11.1.2.3.501.

My servers did have new Microsoft operating system patches applied since the 20th but I can't think of any other changes that would have been made any where to the servers or the applications.

When I discovered this issue Monday, I did a re-start of services in Development and the menu worked again for me. However, the re-start I did in Prod today did not help and when I went back into Dev today, the menu has stopped working again.

Has anyone else experienced anything similar to this?
