Hyperion Planning - EPBCS Migration and Snapshot upload

Hi
While syncing across the environments in EPBCS for suppose from prod to test instance.
We take snapshot from prod, download it to local and then uplaod it to test using EPM Automate.
We use the below EPM automate commands. But the snapshot gets uploaded to Inbox/Outbox and not to 'Snapshots'. Anyone faced this issue and overcome it can help us with their advice here. Thank You!
epmautomate importSnapshot Snapshot_Name
or
epmautomate uploadFile "C:/snapshots/Snapshot_Name.zip"
