Hyperion Planning deployment is not visible in Managed server(Web Logic)

Hi Team,

Recently we performed Oracle Hyperion Maintenance Release 11.1.2.4 to existing version 11.1.2.1.After restart of the services we are not able to open Hyperion Planning.

Then we checked in weblogic(Managed server) for Hyperion Planning deployment, it is not visible.

Steps Performed while MR:
1) Applied Maintenance Release for Hyperion Planning in Linux Environment
2) After that selected configure Database , Deploy to Application server
3) Deploy to Web server.

Please let me know if anyone faced this issue.
