Hyperion Planning Cube keeps crashing

Hi experts out there,
Our planning Essbase cube keeps having exception when refreshing outline changes from Planning web site to Essbase, we are working with Oracle tech support, but not find the root cause yet, is there any one experienced this before? Please share your findings and thoughts with me.
