During close, our end-users are constantly getting the following error where they have to log out, clear browser cache, log back in. Sometimes the first attempt doesn't fix the issue but after several attempts of these steps, they can then finally open the FR report. There are rare instances where a full reboot will get them up and running with the FR report. Seeing if anyone has experienced this before and have a solution? We have several tickets with Oracle Support but they're having a hard time to isolate the issue to provide a permanent solution.
We have 2 FR servers (Windows) / 4 HFM servers (Windows).
Monitored the Task Audit and found in one instance...
User was connected to HFM server 2, cleared cache, still got error.
User was then connected to HFM server 3, still got error
User rebooted, then connected to HFM server 1, finally can open the report.
