Hyperion Financial Reporting 11.1.2.3 installation issue

Hello, I'm installing the latest Hyperion version (11.1.2.3). I was able to install almost everything I want except for Financial Reporting.

I've downloaded all this files:

EPM System Release 11.1.2.3.0 for Microsoft Windows (64-bit) Part 1
EPM System Release 11.1.2.3.0 for Microsoft Windows (64-bit) Part 2
EPM System Release 11.1.2.3.0 Part 3
EPM System Release 11.1.2.3.0 for Microsoft Windows (64-bit) Part 4
EPM System Release 11.1.2.3.0 for Microsoft Windows (64-bit) Part 5
EPM System Release 11.1.2.3.0 for Microsoft Windows (64-bit) Part 6
EPM System Release 11.1.2.3.0 for Microsoft Windows (64-bit) Part 7

The problem is that is disabled during the installation and I cant' check it in order to install. The folders biplus_financial_reporting_common and biplus_financial_reporting_webapp do exist in assemblies folder.

Is there any known issue with it??
