Hyperion Financial Close Management deployment to SOA

Hi,

We are trying to install and config Hyperion Financial close management and TAX management in 11.1.2.4 on Windows server. Unfortunately we got below error while deploying to SOA.

com.hyperion.cis.config.ProcessingException: Cannot obtain SOA information from EM. Please check log files

at com.oracle.fcc.common.DeployToSOAHelper.initSOAServerBean(DeployToSOAHelper.java:398)

at com.oracle.fcc.common.DeployToSOAHelper.inititalize(DeployToSOAHelper.java:230)

at com.oracle.fcc.common.DeployToSOAHelper.<init>(DeployToSOAHelper.java:129)

at com.oracle.fcc.common.FccCommonSupportInformationTaskProcessor.execute

Not sure SOA logs... couldn't find.

Here are steps I followed.

1. Install and configure EPM products (1 weblogic domain)

2. Install and configured SOA (2 weblogic domain)

3. Configured TAX management and HFCM with SOA Weblogic

4. Started SOA WL server , Node manager

5. Trying to configure HFCM, TAX Management "Deploy with SOA " step.

Did I missed anything. I also followed "Installing and Configuring Oracle Hyperion Financial Close Management 11.1.2.3.000 in a Single Node Environment"

highly appreciate if someone help us.
