Hyperion essbase

Hi Gurus,

We are using hyperion essbase 11.1.2.4 version. In the essbase administration console I am not able to expand the dimension members in EAS outline editor.

even not able to see outline in the view mode. I am ble to open in edit mode only. i am using as an admin user

could you please help me on this.....
