Hyperion EPM Application Library Is Not Getting Opened

Hi All,

Have installed Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.4 in windows server 2012 R2, OracleDB 12C successfully. Except Application Library everything is working fine.

When Click on application library the window is becoming white colour and nothing is happening. Have verified the all required logs but no luck.

Please suggest what else need to check and to be done.
