Hyperion EAS console - Unable to launch Application thro' web launcher

Hello,

I am not able to launch the EAS console web launcher. I'm getting the error "Unable to Launch the Application" with the below exception Message.

We are using Hyperion application 11.1.2.4 and the Java in my client machine is Java 7 Update 45 which is compatible version. I tried downloading the jnlp file and opened it using the javaws.exe and getting the same error. Please advise and give your inputs.
