Hyperion BI+ compatibility with Java and Apache

I am using Hyperion BI+ 9.3.1.0.0.248.  I have been requested to perform the following upgrades:

update to Java JRE 5.0 Update 82 or later,

update to Apache HTTP server 2.2.29 or later OR 2.4.12 or later,

and update to Apache Tomcat 6.0.43 or later OR 7.0.55 or later OR 8.0.9 or later.

These products are installed as a part of/with Hyperion, so here is my question:

Can I upgrade those products without upgrading Hyperion?
