Need some help.
We have just encountered the below issue in one Brio environment. Anyone encountered this issue in the past. Here's the details.
Error Accessing Low Level Security Information. Server Error (1003) : Failed to acquire access to database.
Oracle Error -1 : ORA-12154: TNS: Could not resolve service name
Did some validation by issuing tnsping to oracle db from our server and able to get response.
What's interesting though was we tried running other reports that connects to MSSQL server but get the same response.
