hwo to rounded off to next multiple of 10

Dear All,

I want to round my value to the next multiple of 10. Any ideas how to do this? For eg. if value is 11 then 20, 11.1 then 20, 11.3 then 20..and so on..if value is 1 then 10, 2 then 10....
