hw to generate themes using user defined thesarus

Hi All,
We have created a thesaurus and have uploaded to database using ctxload command.
We have compiled the thesaurus using ctxkbtc to create an extended knowledge base.
But we want to use only the new thesaurus for generating themes of our text data.
how do we do this? please suggest to go about this.
