HTTPS:// not private?

Hi all,

11.2.0.3.11

aix6

I am accessing my database thru OEM using https://100.252.239.55:5500/em

But I got error:

Your connection is not private

Attackers might be trying to steal your information from 100.252.239.55 (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards).

How do I resolve this issue?
