HTTPS and ORDS and APEX

Hello,

one question concerning HTTPS and ORDS and APEX

the current setup:

Weblogic 12c Server is installed, ORDS 3.0.6. is installed and HTTPS is enabled:

The URL for APEX is

https://server.domain/sample_apex/f?p=103 ....

Problem:

After doing the login the server redirects to the HTTP protocol

http://server.domain/sample_apex/f?p=103:1

Where do I configure the server for always using HTTPS ?
