HTTP SERVER -PORT 7777

I have installed oracle workflow, http server from companion CD.
After installation it gives URL :
http://<host-name>:7777(host-name i.e my m/c address)
when i run this , http server page is not opening.

actually it was working fine by wednesday, but tried to aceess same on next day it started giving me problem. I dont know how it happens,therefore i installed all again, but still the same problem.
whether i need to set any environment variables? because i deleted some environment variables which are empty.
when i run NETSTAT -a command from command prompt,port 7777 is not listed, where in httpd.conf file port address is set to 7777
pls. help.
