http server conflicts with IIS?

Hi:

I've installed 10g EE on a Windows XP pro box and although I can see the default apache page at http://hostname:7777/ I can't get any response at that URL from any machine except the server itself. The fact that it works from the server means apache is up and running, and doing what it needs to do. Why can't I get to it from anywhere else? If IIS is running, will that interfere with oracle http server?
