HTTP SERVER - Can't start "Urgent"

Hi all,

I have change the port (in linux) to 80 and I have done:
chown root .apachectl
chmod 6750 .apachectl

But the file apachectl still :
-rwxr-xr-x 1 oracle oinstall 12715 Fev 21 12:22 apachectl

Now, when I tried to start the Apache, gives the following error, in the log:
apachectl is not owned by this user

What can I do??
