http://localhost/apex redirects to http://locahost/ords/ with 404

Hello,

I am trying to install Apex 18.2, tomcat 19.0.14 and ORDS 18.4.0.

When trying to access: http://localhost/apex I get redirected to http://locahost/ords/ and I get this message on the page:

HTTP Status 404 – Not Found

Type Status Report

Message /ords/

Description The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to disclose that one exists.

Apache Tomcat/9.0.14

Could you please advise?
