http://localhost:8000/webtogo/index.html in browser is nothing

I run mobile server successfully,
when I open http://localhost:8000/webtogo in browser to manage my server.
but there is nothing except only two messy code in the first row in browser;

OS:windows xp sp3;

anybody help me!
