http://localhost:45000/workspace not running properly

Hello everybody,

I faced a problem while running workspace application from http://localhost:45000/workspace URL.

When starting the application from a Firefox session I am prompted for user and password, which are provided with the documentation. After pressing Enter key it runs for a while then displays a message similar to this one:

"Unable to find Hyperion Reporting and Analysis - System 9 server running at itblq001.wincor-nixdorf.com on port 6800. Check wheter server connection string is correct and server is running."

All Hyperion services are running and no error is available from event viewer.
Database DB2 is running and accessible.

Other applications such as "Start/Hyperion/Reporting and Analysis/Utilities and Administration/Service configurator" work fine.

May anyone help me?
Every hints or suggestions would be appreciated.
