http://<hostname>:8888/em: The web page can not be found

The started OC4J through command line instruction: java -jar OC4j.jar:

13/09/10 11:51:57 Oracle Containers for J2EE 10g (10.1.3.4.0)  initialized

Then I tried to browse oc4j with address: http://saeed-pc:8888/em

And I received "The web page can not be found"!

I also tried http://saeed-pc:8888/ and it works! but em console does not run.

Could you please help me?
