HTTP/1.1 407 Proxy Authentication Required for cloud connection

I am using Jdeveloper version 11.1.1.7.1 for ADF deployment on cloud service(Java and DB services).As instructed ,I have followed all the steps and in jdeveloper. I tried to connect the cloud connection for SQL developer with username and password.But i am getting HTTP/1.1 407 Proxy Authentication Required .I am clueless how to solve this,Followed all the blogs but no luck.Please help on this,
