HTMLD LOV not fetching more than 10000 rows ???

Dear All

I am having a LOV which is populated from a sql query.
The query is a straight forward simple select statement.
The source table has about 15000 records. But my drop down LOV shows only 10000 records or values.

Could you please tell me how i can increase the LOV to fetch more than 10K records, any changes on the admin end ??? This is quite a showstopper in my application, could anybody respond soon.
