html to pdf printing

Hi,

I have a requirement to print the dynamically generated HTML page( containing various background images, text etc etc) to pdf so that the users can save it to their desktops without much of efforts.

Does any one aware of any APEX settings, any open source tool, or any other reliable tool with low cost to achieve that?

I know of BI publisher, but it is very expensive and also, i am not sure if it can convert the whole HTML page(code) to pdf or not.

Can someone please help?
