HTML DB APEX Passing a variable (contains ; or ,) to a link

Hi everyone,

I have to pass the variable contents to a link if my variable value contains ; or , I want that the variable contents keep is ; or ,

For example, I pass #Variable1# and
Variable1 is equal to Marketing Direction; Advertising, Entertainment and Party.

I want to keep all string long because it stops at Marketing Direction
