I've checked everywhere in documentation and online but can't find the answer to this:
Using HFM version 2.4.
When using HS.Trans rule, can it only be applied to base members? I'm trying to apply an HS.Trans rule to a parent "custom" member (not an account) to override it's default translation and consolidation is aborting. The only reason I can think of is that it's a parent member. Using the same dimension, the HS.Trans seems to work on base members. Thought I'd ask the community for confirmation of this and also see if anyone has any suggestions on how I might be able to translate a parent member (without creating a new member to capture the FX difference and add it back in - tried that already).
