HREF link initiating new session every time and asking for username and password

Hello,

I have an anchor tag in html region on page 1 which holds link to the page 2.

when I click on the link, it is redirecting to login page and treating it as new session. only when I enter username and password, it goes to page 2.

how to avoid the redirection to login page, instead directly opening the page provided in the link.
