hr_standard.event

Hi,

I need to include hr_standard.event into my report builder to test oracle apps security as provided by metalink but when I include it gives me compilation error as below
"identifier hr_standard.event must be declared"
What is hr_standard.event ? I couldn't get any info about it. Please help on how to solve this issue. Any help is appreciated
