HR database

Hello Gentlemen;
I am newbie for ORacle world and studying Oracle...
I've installed Oracle Express 11gR2 on Ubuntu and Oracle Enterprise 11gR2 on Windows but there is no famous HR databases on my servers. I have downloaded some sample databases from Oracle site and also from other databases but these databases don't have any data. They create only empty schema...

Where can I get HR database with its data?
