HPE StoreOnce RMAN Backup fails

Hi All,

We have HPE's StoreOnce Product that we are configuring to use thru RMAN but kept getting below error:

RMAN-03009: failure of allocate command on ch00 channel at 05/08/2017 15:09:27

ORA-19554: error allocating device, device type: SBT_TAPE, device name:

ORA-27211: Failed to load Media Management Library

Additional information: 4058.

As per documentaion

SBT_LIBRARY is set to .../hpe/HP-Catalyst-RMAN-Plugin/bin/libisvsupport_rman.so

CONFIG_FILE is set to ..../hpe/HPE-Catalyst-RMAN-Plugin/config/plugin.conf

Any help in this regard is greatly appreciated.
