HPCM vs PCMCS

Hi Gurus,

I am not sure if I am putting this question in the right forum but we are looking for comparison between HPCM ( on Premises) vs PCMCS ( cloud services for profitability).

This is with respect to BFS. Looking for pros and cons and if possible cost. Please let me know if there is some analysis available for the same.
