HP netraid / AMI elite 1600 (mega) Install Problem

The problem is when installing solaris 8 (10/00), After installing the "drivers" for the NetRaid, and all the other devices, and also setting the boot device. It starts to boot the Kernel, then and outputs
"NOTICE: MegaRAID: 1 logical Drive(s) found"
and then locks up completely, But gives no error messages.

This is when i boot from the CD 1(software/binary cd1), if i boot from the Install CD the only difference is
"WARNING: MegaRAID: 1 logical Drive(s) found"
and then it locks up.
