HOWTO: securely change the database listener port in 11g ?

Hi:

I've tried to change the database listener port, from the default 1521 to 1527. I've tried to do that in Enterprise Manager (EM) site (1158). I modified and restarted the listener. All seems to be working good... but... After i restart the EM console i can't manager the database, cause EM is saying that the instance is down.
I also changed the tnsnames.ora to reflect the listener port 1527. I can connect by sqlplus and tnsping works correctly.

Also, APEX is not working too..

Anyone can help?
