Howto position "Region Display Selector" not in "Show All"

Hi experts,

I'm using Apex 19.2 and I have a page with an Interactive Report with the detail pencil icon configured to open another page:

When I open the second page, the Region Display Selector" is positioned in "Show All".

My requirement is to open the target page in the following tab after "Show All" (Project Team), is it possible?
