How to write the data to a text file in UTF-8 format in PLSQL using UTIL_FILE?

Hi Guys,

I am writing the data to txt file on the server , but it is always be in Encoding1252 ANSI format.

I would like the data file to be in UTF-8 format.

Can you please let me know if there is any successfull piece of code?
