I have a "How to" question on Absence management.
Customer has following requirement for Vacation Leave / Annual Leave.
Upper Ceiling for Annual Leave is 14 Days (Front Loaded)
IF the employee's join year = calendar year ---> he is not entitle for "Annual Leaves"
If the employees join year = Calendar year - 1, it has following categories;
If the employee has joined in the;
first quarter of the join year he is entitle for 14 days
second quarter of the join year he is entitle for 10 days
Third quarter of the join year he is entitle for 7 days
Forth quarter of the join year he is entitle for 4 days
For others whose join year = calendar year - 2 ---> he is entitle for the ceiling level (14 days)
Kindly advice me on developing this complected scenario on Fast Formulas.
