How to work with Sysdate

I would like to get the project with a letting date greater than or equal to sysdate. I would like to find out the time and if it is 9:30 then I would like to only get projects greater than sysdate. how can I acomplis this

to_char(bd.datelet,'YYYY/MM/DD') >= to_char(sysdate, 'YYYY/MM/DD')
