how to verify whether database migration is successfully

I wonder whether there is any tools or script to verify the database migration(rman, data dump) from 10.2.0.1 on aix 5 (server a)to 10.2.0.4(server b) is successfully. Currently the timezone is 2 on 10.2.0.1. I want to make sure the data is correct.
