How to verify listener: ADMIN_RESTRICTIONS_LISTENER=ON is set

Hi,

I have just set the ADMIN_RESTRICTIONS_LISTENER=ON in the listener.ora and has reloaded and restarted the listener. However, I did not see any changes to the lsnrctl set commands. I am still able to set the parameters dynamically. Any other way to verify that this parameter has been set?
