How to use Theme Images for CSS

Greg JarmiolowskiNov 16 2015 — edited Mar 29 2016

I want to add some custom CSS to applications using the Universal Theme. Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong?

In the theme I have uploaded a CSS file.
This tells me that I should reference it as: #THEME_IMAGES#customizations.css

Untitled1.png

I added this reference to the Vita style

Untitled2.png

which results in a URL reference to this file:
https://apex.oracle.com/i/themes/theme_42/1.0/customizations.css?v=5.0.2.00.07
But this file is "not found" if you check the Net panel during page load or if you paste that url into the address bar.

Here's an example:

Thanks,

Greg
