How to use the values of the columns of an Interactive Report (Apex 5)

Hi,

I have an Interactive Report and a link Column and i would like on click to set the value of four fields in a subregion with the value of four columns of the report.

This without submit the page everytime and so i think by using javascript.

But what is the right way to do this in Apex 5 ?

How to have a reference to the column of a report (for example customer.name or customer.city) ?
