how to use tables from HR schema

hello friends ..actually i m doin my oracle certification .. so i need to practice oracle commands using the HR schema tables ..that is EMPLOYEES, DEPARTMENTS , JOB_GRADES ..etc..... so how to make use of these tables as i have installed Oracle 9i ..at my home machine ...i am not able to practice with the HR schema tables ...
so plzz please .. help me out with this ... as i want to these tables in iSqlplus also ...
